For Charles Leininger, woodworking started as a creative outlet and a way to decompress from his day job as a family law attorney in Sacramento, California. These days, he’s living in his hometown of Austin, Texas, and making custom and original furniture, home goods, frames and more with a focus on detail as well as practicality. Charles also teaches woodworking and volunteers as a shop steward at Asmbly, a local non-profit maker space.
